What this policy covers

This policy applies to the Down, Slime! game on Android and iOS. It takes precedence over general NaN Logic statements about advertising or game data where they differ. Visits to this website are covered by our website privacy policy.

Data stored in the game

The game stores records, settings, progress, and any death or debugging logs locally on your device. The game does not upload these local files to NaN Logic servers. We do not include a separate game analytics SDK; the advertising SDK has its own data collection described below.

Advertising and Google AdMob

The game uses Google AdMob for rewarded and interstitial ads. Depending on SDK operation and your settings, Google collects IP addresses (which can indicate general location), device and advertising identifiers subject to platform permissions (including Android advertising ID and app set ID), device and app information, ad interactions, and diagnostics. Interactions can include app launches, taps, and video views; diagnostics can include launch time, hang rate, crash information, and energy use. On iOS, Google also declares collection of device identifiers, coarse location, advertising data, product interactions, and performance and other diagnostic data. Where applicable, Google may also process identifiers associated with a signed-in account. Having no Down, Slime! account does not prevent the advertising SDK from processing identifiers.

Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and measurement, and fraud prevention. Its handling of this data is described in the Google Privacy Policy and its Android Mobile Ads SDK data disclosure.

Consent and advertising choices

We use Google's User Messaging Platform to request consent and show privacy messages where required for your region. When required, an in-game privacy choices button lets you reopen the privacy options form and review or change your choices. The options available depend on your region and Google's consent requirements.

You can also review advertising and advertising ID controls in Android settings, or privacy and tracking controls in iOS settings. Their names and availability vary by device and operating system version. Changing ad personalization choices does not necessarily stop all data processing needed to deliver ads, measure them, or prevent fraud.

Purchases

The optional one-time Remove Ads purchase permanently removes ads and includes one free revive per run. Google Play processes Android payments; Apple processes iOS payments through the App Store and StoreKit. The game receives purchase status and platform transaction information to confirm and restore this entitlement; it does not receive your payment card details. The game stores the entitlement status locally on your device. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

Retention and deletion

Local game data remains until it is replaced or removed. You can clear the game's storage in Android settings or delete the app on iOS to remove data stored by the app. Device or cloud backups may retain copies or restore data, depending on your backup settings.

Google and Apple control retention of data they process under their own policies; clearing game storage does not delete information already held by those providers. We keep voluntary support correspondence for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal obligations.

Contact and privacy requests

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever information you choose to send, such as a description of an issue or a screenshot. We use that information to respond and resolve the request. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for support.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, or withdraw consent. Contact NaN Logic LLC at privacy@nanlogic.com with questions or requests. We may need information to verify and handle your request. For data Google or Apple controls, use the controls and contact options in the provider's privacy policy.

Children

Down, Slime! is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, contact privacy@nanlogic.com so we can review the situation and address removal of information we hold.

Changes to this policy

We will publish updates on this page and revise the date above when the game's data practices change. Where applicable law requires it, we will provide additional notice or request consent.
