These terms form an agreement between you and NaN Logic LLC for your use of Saccade. By installing or using Saccade, you agree to these terms and the Saccade Privacy Policy.
1. The service
Saccade gives a compatible AI agent a structured view of authorized Chrome and Edge tabs through a browser extension, local native host, and MCP runtime. Supported actions use current semantic object identity and browser-reported state.
Websites, browsers, agent clients, and model providers may change independently. Saccade may fail to recognize a control, report stale state, lose a local connection, or require you to complete an action.
2. Your authority and responsibility
Use Saccade only on websites, accounts, and data that you have the right to access. You remain responsible for the instructions you give an agent and for reviewing actions with legal, financial, medical, employment, safety, or other material consequences.
Saccade does not give an agent permission that you do not have. A website's terms and applicable law continue to govern your activity.
3. Prohibited use
You may not use Saccade to:
- access accounts, tabs, or data without authorization;
- bypass access controls or security protections;
- steal credentials, session data, personal data, or trade secrets;
- distribute malware, interfere with services, or facilitate unlawful harm;
- misrepresent automated activity as human activity where disclosure is required; or
- violate a website's terms or applicable law.
4. Third-party services
Saccade works with third-party browsers, websites, agent clients, MCP hosts, and model providers. NaN Logic does not control those services and is not responsible for their availability, output, data handling, or actions. Their terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them.
5. Software license and feedback
The Saccade source code is available under the Apache License 2.0. That license governs copying, modification, and distribution of the licensed source and binaries. These service terms do not remove rights granted by the Apache License 2.0.
If you submit feedback, you allow NaN Logic to use it without payment or obligation to you. Do not include confidential information in public issues.
6. Updates and availability
NaN Logic may update, suspend, or discontinue Saccade. Browser or operating-system changes may require a new version. We may block an unsafe or incompatible release candidate from connecting to the local Runtime.
7. Disclaimers and liability
Saccade is provided as is and as available, without warranties except where the law requires them. To the fullest extent allowed by law, NaN Logic disclaims implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, NaN Logic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business interruption arising from Saccade. Nothing in these terms limits liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.
8. Governing terms and contact
The general NaN Logic Terms of Service apply where these product terms do not address an issue. If the two conflict about Saccade, these Saccade terms control.
