This Privacy Notice for NaN Logic LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”) explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use AI Chaos Story Lab on iOS.
1. What Information Do We Collect?
We collect information you provide in the app and information created while the app runs.
Story and gameplay content
Premises, selected choices, custom actions, generated story text, Storybook entries, TXT exports, language, and style settings.
App and device data
App version, device or browser type, timestamps, error details, and network metadata needed to run and debug the app.
Seed and ad events
Chaos Seed balance changes, rewarded ad completion events, ad availability, and anti-abuse metadata.
Contact data
Email address and message content if you contact us for support, privacy requests, beta access, or feedback.
2. How Do We Process Your Information?
We use information to generate story turns, maintain story state, manage Chaos Seeds, provide TXT export and sharing, operate optional rewarded ads, prevent abuse, fix errors, respond to support requests, and improve the product.
We do not sell your story text. We do not use private story content for targeted advertising.
3. Artificial Intelligence Features
To continue a story, the app may send your current story state, premise, selected vector, custom action, and relevant settings to NaN Logic servers. We forward the minimum needed content to an AI model provider to generate the next turn.
The v1 design keeps story saves local unless we later add cloud sync, account restore, public sharing, or support review of story text. We will update this policy before enabling those features.
5. Local Storage and Export
Story saves and Storybook history are stored locally on your device or browser unless a future cloud-sync feature is added. Local data remains until you delete stories, clear browser data, uninstall the app, or use an in-app deletion control.
When you export or share TXT, you choose the destination through the browser or iOS share flow. NaN Logic does not control what the receiving app or service does with content you share.
6. Data Retention
We retain local story content only where your device or browser stores it. Economy, ad, support, and diagnostic records may be kept as long as needed to operate rewards, prevent abuse, debug issues, and comply with legal obligations.
7. Your Privacy Rights
Review, Update, or Delete
You may request access, correction, deletion, portability, or restriction of personal information, depending on where you live. Contact us at privacy@nanlogic.com.
8. Children
AI Chaos Story Lab is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the app if you are under 13. If we learn that we collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it as required by law.
