By using AI Chaos Story Lab, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
AI Chaos Story Lab lets you start an interactive story, choose or write actions, spend Chaos Seeds, receive AI-generated continuations, view story history, and export readable story text.
AI output may be surprising, incorrect, inconsistent, or objectionable. The app is entertainment software. It is not professional advice, education, therapy, legal advice, financial advice, or a safety-critical tool.
You keep ownership of prompts, custom actions, story ideas, and exported stories you submit or create, subject to rights held by others.
You are responsible for what you enter and for how you use exported stories. Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.
You grant NaN Logic a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, host temporarily, transform, cache, display, and export your content only as needed to operate AI Chaos Story Lab and provide the features you request.
NaN Logic owns the app, software, design, brand, trademarks, and service infrastructure. These terms do not transfer those rights to you.
Chaos Seeds are an in-app gameplay resource used to take story actions. The app may grant Seeds through install grants, daily grants, testing grants, or optional rewarded ads.
Rewarded ads are optional. Future versions may add in-app purchases, subscriptions, or other paid Seed options. Any iOS digital purchases will be handled through Apple where App Store rules require it.

Your use of the iOS app is also subject to Apple App Store terms, Apple platform rules, and the permissions you choose on your device. Apple is not responsible for operating AI Chaos Story Lab or providing support for it.
The app may rely on AI model providers, hosting providers, ad networks, database providers, and platform services. Those third-party services may have their own terms and policies.
AI Chaos Story Lab is an experimental product. We may change, pause, discontinue, limit, or remove features, models, rewards, access, or Web prototype availability.
We may update these terms by posting a new version with a revised date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You are responsible for complying with local laws where you access the app.
Experimental software
The app is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaN Logic disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NaN Logic will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the app.
We process app data according to the AI Chaos Story Lab Privacy Policy. You are responsible for retaining your own exported stories and local saves.
